What is the minimum age to rent a car monthly in Dubai?+

The minimum age for monthly car rental in Dubai is 21 years old. Renters under 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge on certain vehicle categories.

Do I need a UAE driving license to rent a car monthly?+

UAE residents must hold a valid UAE driving license. Tourists and visitors can drive with a valid license from their home country plus an International Driving Permit (IDP) — or a license from a GCC country, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, or certain European nations (check with us for the full list of accepted countries).

Can I use my foreign driving license in Dubai?+

Tourists and visitors on visit visas can use their home country driving license (accompanied by an IDP) for the duration of their stay. Licenses from GCC countries and some Western nations are accepted without conversion.

Is a credit card mandatory for monthly car rental in Dubai?+

A valid credit card is required for the authorization hold (our no-deposit policy). Debit cards are not accepted for the security hold. The hold is released in full at the end of your rental period, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.
